摘要
乡贤参与第三次分配能推动乡村实现共同富裕,乡贤参与第三次分配在推动乡村产业的发展、助推乡风文明的提升、助力美丽乡村建设中体现重要价值。熟人社会的亲密关系、彼此信任及乐善好施的仁爱之心是乡贤参与第三次分配的内在动力。浙江深入探索新时代乡贤参与第三次分配的运作路径,强化政治统领,深挖乡贤资源激活“共富密码”;创立乡贤组织,强化内外协作搭建乡贤桥梁;完善政策指导,发挥乡贤作用提供制度保障;强化多方联动,合力打造乡贤带富“新样板”;弘扬乡贤文化,助推乡贤参与慈善常态化,通过乡贤参与第三次分配全面推进乡村振兴,加快建设共同富裕。
The participation of rural elites in the third allocation can promote the realization of common prosperity in rural areas.The participation of rural elites in the third allocation reflects important value in promoting the development of rural industries,promoting the improvement of rural culture and supporting the construction of beautiful countryside.The intimate relationship,mutual trust and benevolent heart of kindness and generosity in acquaintance society are the internal driving forces for local elites to participate in the third allocation.Zhejiang Province is exploring the operational path of rural elites participating in the third allocation in the new era,strengthening political leadership and digging deep into the resources of rural elites to activate the"code of common prosperity";Establishing local organizations and strengthening internal and external cooperation to build bridges for local elites;Improve policy guidance and provide institutional guarantees by leveraging the role of local elites;Strengthen multi-party linkage and work together to create a"new model"of rural elites leading wealth;Promote the culture of local elites,promote the normalization of their participation in charity,comprehensively promote rural revitalization through their participation in the third allocation and accelerate the construction of common prosperity.
