摘要
基于依恋理论和技术接受模型探究老年人愿意与智慧健康养老产品建立持久关系的潜在心理机制。研究发现:产品依恋是驱动老年人持续使用智慧健康养老产品的重要因素。感知易用性和感知有用性是促进老年人产品依恋产生的内生动因,其中初老老人和低龄老人更注重产品的使用价值,高龄老人更注重产品使用的便利程度。子女提供的产品使用支持是初老老人与低龄老人产品依恋产生的外在推力。收入、学历等个体特征对老年人智慧健康养老产品持续使用行为影响较小。企业应将与老年用户建立情感关联提升至战略层面,子女应通过增加与父母之间的情感互动助力老年人的数字接入,政府应推动智慧健康养老新业态发展。
Based on attachment theory and technology acceptance theory,this paper explores the potential psychological mechanism of the elderly s willingness to establish a lasting relationship with smart health care products.It is found that product attachment is an important factor driving the elderly to continue to use smart health care products;perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are intrinsic factors that promote product attachment among the elderly,and the early elderly and the younger elderly pay more attention to the use value of the products,while the older elderly pay more attention to the convenience of product use;The product use support provided by children is an external push to promote the product attachment between the early elderly and the younger elderly;individual characteristics such as high income and high educational level have little impact on the continuous use of smart health products for the elderly.Enterprises should promote the establishment of emotional connection with elderly users to a strategic level,children should increase the emotional interaction between parents to help the elderly digital access,and the government should promote a mature development of smart health care products.
