摘要
目的研究近20年中国核心期刊“医学英语”为主题的文献,对其进行计量学分析,总结该领域以中文发表的高质量论文的研究焦点和动态变化。方法检索数据库为中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台,检索时限为2004年1月至2023年12月。论文来源类别为北大中文核心、CSSCI、CSCD、中国科技核心。采用CiteSpace软件绘制可视化图谱,对发文量、作者、机构、关键词(共现、聚类、时间线、突现)进行分析。结果共纳入核心期刊文献721篇,年均发文量约36篇,核心作者100名;5个紧密合作团队;共形成16个关键词聚类,19个关键词突现。结论中国医学英语研究主要围绕三大主题:教学、翻译写作、中医英语;四个热点:教学模式的创新、内容的更新及方法的改革,提升翻译写作的准确、专业、高效,中医英语标准化建设,语料库建设;一个抓手:结合计算机网络技术和大数据人工智能,多团队联合科研。医学英语可迎来新的研究阵地和增长极。
Objective To study literature on the theme of“medical English”of core journal in China over the past 20 years,perform econometric analysis on it,and to summarize research focus and dynamic changes of high-quality papers published in Chinese in this field.Methods The search databases were CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data,with a search period from January 2004 to December 2023.The source categories of the paper were Peking University Core,CSSCI,CSCD,and Science and Technology Core.CiteSpace software was used to draw visualization maps.The number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords(co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and emergence)were analyzed.Results A total of 721 core journal articles were included,the average annual number of publications was about 36 articles,with 100 core authors,five collaborative research teams.A total of 16 keyword clusters were formed,with 19 keywords appearing prominently.Conclusion Medical english research in China mainly revolves around three themes:teaching,translation and writing,and traditional Chinese medicine English;four hot topics:innovation of teaching model,updating of content,and reform of methods,improving the accuracy,professionalism and efficiency of translation and writing,standardization construction of traditional Chinese medicine English,and corpus construction;one lever:combining computer network technology and big data artificial intelligence,multiple teams collaborate on scientific research.Medical English can usher in new research frontiers and growth poles.
