摘要
目的探究中医药干预脑卒中后认知障碍领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,并为后续研究提供借鉴。方法采用计算机在中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台和中国生物医学文献数据库中检索并筛选出2001年1月至2024年6月发表的有关中医药治疗脑卒中后认知障碍方面的文献。利用Excel 2021绘制发文趋势图,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件分析作者、研究机构、关键词并构建可视化知识图谱。结果最终纳入567篇相关文献,中医药干预脑卒中后认知障碍领域的研究文献总量呈现出了增长的趋势;核心作者以张虎、郑健刚、田军彪为代表,核心团队在国内尚未形成;研究机构以大学及其附属医院为主,发文较多的机构有黑龙江中医药大学、北京中医药大学、北京中医药大学东方医院等,各研究机构之间的合作不够紧密;关键词除主题词外前2位关键词为认知功能、针刺,关键词聚类标签共8类。结论中医药在治疗脑卒中后认知障碍领域研究广泛,其中针灸为该领域治疗方案的主流和研究热点,中医药治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的分子机制探究、中西医结合疗法的研究应在未来多加关注。
Objective To explore the research status,hotspot,and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in post-stroke cognitive impairment,and to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods The literatures on the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment by traditional Chinese medicine published from January 2001 to June 2024 were searched and screened from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and Chinese biomedical literature database by computer.Excel 2021 was used to draw the document trend chart,and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to analyze authors,research institutions and keywords and build a visual knowledge graph.Results Finally,567 relevant literatures were included,and the total number of literatures in the field of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in post-stroke cognitive impairment showed an increasing trend.The core authors were represented by Zhang Hu,Zheng Jiangang,and Tian Junbiao,and the core team has not yet formed in China.The research institutions were mainly universities and their affiliated hospitals,and the institutions with more documents were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and so on.The cooperation among the research institutions was not close enough.In addition to the subject word,the top two keywords were cognitive function and acupuncture,and there were eight categories of keyword clustering labels.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely studied in the field of treating post-stroke cognitive impairment,among which acupuncture is the mainstream and research hotspot in this field.The exploration of molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating post-stroke cognitive impairment and the study of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy should be paid more attention in the future.
