摘要
目的分析《傅青主女科》生化汤研究领域现况、热点及趋势,为相关研究及临床提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)2002年1月1日-2022年6月1日收录的生化汤研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.5整理文献题录,采用Python3.7软件对来源期刊、发文作者、关键词进行频次分析,采用Gephi0.9.2软件实现作者合作网络与机构合作网络的可视化,采用CiteSpace5.8R2软件对关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析。结果纳入文献1673篇,该领域发文量整体呈平稳波动趋势,平均年发文量>60篇。来源期刊468种,包括《内蒙古中医药》《河南中医》《陕西中医》等。涉及作者2648位,其中核心作者117位(共发文416篇)。核心作者包括宋金春、王雁梅、曾俊芳、史恒军、崔晓萍等,主要形成以宋金春、王雁梅为代表的2个研究团队。发文量≥5篇的机构有41个,包括武汉大学药学院、南京中医药大学、成都中医药大学等。结论生化汤相关研究主要集中于中西医结合治疗产后病。降低药物流产后不良反应、提高治疗效果,从而促进产后康复,以及扩大其临床应用范围是该领域近年研究趋势。
Objective To explore the research status,hotspots and trend of Shenghua Decoction in Fu Qing Zhu Nyu Ke;To provide reference for related research and clinical practice.Methods Literature of Shenghua Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM from January 2002 to June 2022.The literature was sorted out by using NoteExpress3.5.Frequency of journal,author and keywords were analyzed by using Python 3.7.Author and institutional collaboration networks were visualized by using Gephi 0.9.2.And keywords co-occurrence,clustering and emergence analysis were visualized by using CiteSpace 5.8R2.Results Totally 1673 articles were included,and the overall publication quantity in this field showed a stable fluctuation trend,with an average annual publication volume of over 60 articles.There were 468 source journals,including Inner Mongolia Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shaanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.There were 2648 authors involved,including 117 core authors,and a total of 416 articles have been published.The core authors included Song Jinchun,Wang Yanmei,Zeng Junfang,Shi Hengjun,Cui Xiaoping,etc.,mainly forming two research teams represented by Song Jinchun and Wang Yanmei.There were 41 institutions with a publication quantity of≥5,including the School of Pharmacy of Wuhan University,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.Conclusion The research on Shenghua Decoction focuses on the treatment of postpartum diseases through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Reducing adverse reactions after drug induced abortion,improving treatment effectiveness,promoting postpartum recovery,and expanding its clinical application scope are the research trends in this field.
