摘要
目的基于Cite Space梳理黄连治疗失眠的研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国知网建库至2024年6月收录的黄连单体及复方治疗失眠的相关文献。采用Cite Space V6.2.R6软件对黄连单体及复方治疗失眠文献的总发文量、作者合作网络、核心机构、关键词共现与聚类、时间线、突现图谱等多种角度进行数据的归纳和总结,并根据分析结果绘制可视化知识图谱。结果本研究共纳入中文文献1587篇,英文文献85篇,发文量整体呈波动上升趋势。中英文文献分别纳入作者588、201位,机构522、62家。中英文文献各出现关键词182、249个,排除与检索策略相关的关键词,中文频次前3位的关键词为“数据挖掘”“辨证论治”“用药规律”,英文频次前3位的关键词为“banxia xiexin decoction”“alkaloids”“huanglian jiedu decoction”。中英文关键词分别各形成12个有效聚类,中文文献聚类主要探讨失眠联合他病共病的治疗,失眠的数据挖掘、疗效评价及失眠的方药分析。英文文献聚类主要探讨方药的作用机制,黄连单体及复方的成分分析及失眠联合其他疾病共病的治疗。关键词时间线及突现结果分析提示,本领域内黄连单体及复方治疗的失眠,研究方式以临床观察、经验总结、数据挖掘、基础实验为常见,干预方式有中药单体、中药复方、针药联合等。结论黄连单体及复方治疗失眠研究热度呈上升趋势,但各研究团队交流与合作有待加强,现阶段研究方式(临床疗效观察、临证经验总结、数据挖掘、基础实验)为研究热点,疗效评价、机制研究及运用现代技术提高中药的生物利用度等方面为研究趋势。
Objective To review the research hotspot and development trend of Coptidis Rhizoma for insomnia based on CiteSpace.Methods The relevant literatures on the treatment of insomnia by Coptidis Rhizoma monomer and compound were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection Database,Wanfang Data,VIP,and CNKI from inception to June 2024.CiteSpace V6.2.R6 software was used to summarize the data of the literatures on Coptidis Rhizoma monomer and compound for the treatment of insomnia from various perspectives,such as the total number of publications,author cooperation network,core institutions,keyword co-occurrence and clustering,time line,and emergence map,and draw a visual knowledge map according to the analysis results.Results A total of 1587 articles in Chinese and 85 in English were included in this study,and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating trend.The Chinese and English literatures included 588 authors,201 authors,522 institutions,and 62 institutions,respectively.There were 182 and 249 keywords in both Chinese and English literatures,excluding keywords related to search strategy.The top three keywords in Chinese frequency were“data mining”,“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,and“medication rule”.The top three keywords in English frequency were“banxia xiexin decoction”,“alkaloids”,and“huanglian jiedu decoction”.Chinese and English keywords form 12 effective clusters respectively.Chinese literature cluster mainly discussed the treatment of insomnia combined with other comorbidities,data mining of insomnia,efficacy evaluation,and prescription analysis of insomnia.English literature clustering mainly discussed the mechanism of Chinese prescription,the composition analysis of Coptidis Rhizoma monomer and compound,and the treatment of insomnia combined with other diseases.Key words time line and analysis of emergent results suggested that clinical observation,experience summary,data mining and basic experiment were common research methods for treating insomnia with Coptidis
