摘要
农业机械化是农业转型过程中极具传统与现代张力的关键环节。学界偏重考察农业机械化的动力模式与跨区域协作的组织形式,缺乏对机手群体的行动伦理乃至经营心态的研究。基于对华北一个村落青年农民农机合伙的田野考察,本文指出,在大国小农背景下,以房支内具有伦理关系的成员为联结的农机合伙方式是小农户农业机械化的重要组织形式。青年农民的农机合伙实践源于代际隐性的农地竞争与青年农机手的职业想象,成于家庭之间的协作配合以及家庭内部生计结构的农工相辅。更根本的是,离不开农机合伙内部基于家庭而产生的处事不计较、经济上不算计的经营心态与经济结义、重义轻利的行动伦理。这种合家为伙的小农户农业机械化组织形式既保有不变的家本位伦理,也融入了现代市场特性,喻示着农民以家为本的传统观念足以在现代转型中绽放出新芽新花。
Agricultural mechanization is the key link vibrant with tension between the traditional and the modern in the process of agricultural transformation.The academic field has focused on the dynamic model of agricultural mechanization and the organizational form of cross-regional cooperation,much to the neglect of the action ethics and the management mentality of the machine operator group.Based on the fieldwork of young farmers'agricultural machinery partnership in a village in North China,this paper points out that agricultural machinery partnership with family as a link is an important organizational form of agricultural mechanization for small farmers.The practice of young farmers'agricultural machinery partnership originates from the hidden farmland competition between generations and the professional imagination of young farmers.It culminates in the cooperation between families and the diversified livelihood structure within families.More fundamentally,it is inseparable from the family-based mentality of"no hard feeling"and"no treacherous calculation"and the action ethics of"economic friendship"and"justice over profit".This form of organization maintains the familial ethics but at the same time incorporates it into the modern market economy,indicating that the traditional family-based values of Chinese farmers are now having a new lease of life in modern transformation.
