基于SIMetrix的新能源电动汽车电机控制器辅助电源设计与仿真

摘要 随着新能源电动汽车在汽车行业的占比份额不断扩大,作为新能源汽车的重要部件之一的电机控制器的IGBT辅助电源设计就显得尤为重要。电机控制器IGBT开关频率跟随电机转速在变化,直接决定辅助驱动电源的负载,这就对电机控制器的辅助驱动电源提出了更高的性能要求。设计的辅助电源采用单端反激式拓扑,先对辅助电源的变压器参数和控制环路补偿进行分析,再通过SIMetrix进行低压满载等工况下静态和动态仿真验证,最后基于仿真设计一款实物,经过对实物调测获取数据来证明设计的合理性。 The continuously rising market proportion of EVs in automotive industry has magnified the significance of the design of IGBT auxiliary power sources for motor controllers,the latter of which is regarded as one of the important electrical components in EVs.The IGBT switching frequency of the motor controller varies with the change of motor speed.It directly determines the load of the auxiliary traction power source,and hence puts forward higher performance requirements for the auxiliary source.This work made a design of auxiliary power source with a single-ended flyback topology.The main efforts entailed the analysis on transformer parameters and control loop compensation,and static and dynamic simulative verification under conditions such as low pressure plus full load using SIMetrix.A practical prototype was implemented,tuned and tested,and the acquired data indicated the rationality of the proposed design.
