摘要
基于MOSFET的单端反激式拓扑电路原理,讨论了由单端反激电路组成的开关电源在SIMetrix下建立的仿真电路,并进行了仿真研究。为了进行对比分析,结合开关电源在适配器中的实际应用电路,搭建了开关电源实验电路,用示波器检测了核心器件MOSFET在工作过程中两端的电压和电流波形,并将仿真结果和实验结果进行了对比,证明了此仿真电路的可行性。根据仿真参数的变化,可以优化单端反激电路开关电源各器件的参数。
The theory of the single-ended flyback topology circuit based on the MOSFET is introduced. The simulation circuit combined with the switching power supply composed of single ended flyback circuit is established and analyzed in SIMetrix. In order to further comparative analysis, combined with the practical application of the switching power supply in the adapter,a switching power supply experimental circuit is built.The voltages and current waveforms of both ends of the core device MOSFET during operation are detected with an oscilloscope. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results that proves the feasibility of this simulation. It establishes the foundation for optimizating the paramters of every part of the switching power supply devices based on the single-ended flyback circuit according to the changing of the simulation parameters.
