长距离穿越湖泊顶管管道力学性能研究

摘要 泥水平衡顶管掘进机在穿越江河湖泊施工工程中,由于地层多变化且不均匀,其管道受力特征存在差异,对于顶管隧道施工有着重要影响。为此,依托典型工程案例,采用数值计算分析方法,重点探讨了地层差异性对顶管管道力学性能的影响,为工程施工提供了适用于本工程案例的顶管掘进机类型与施工参数,为顶管隧道机型选择和施工参数确定提供了重要理论依据。顶管掘进过程模拟和顶管机的选型与施工参数选择是地下工程设计和施工的重要环节。通过准确模拟顶管机和地层之间的相互作用,可以为工程提供可靠的工程参数,并确保顶管隧道的安全施工。通过研究地层力学参数的影响,工程人员可以做出更明智的选型和参数选择决策,以应对不同地质条件下的顶管工程。 In the construction project of mud water balance tunneling machine crossing the river and lake,due to the varied and uneven stratum,the force characteristics of the pipes are different,which has an important impact on the construction of pipe jacking tunnels.Therefore,based on typical engineering cases and using numerical calculation analysis methods,the influence of geological differences on the mechanical properties of pipe jacking pipelines was mainly explored,providing a suitable type and construction parameters for pipe jacking tunneling machines of this engineering case,and providing an important theoretical basis for the selection of pipe jacking tunnel models and the determination of construction parameters.The simulation of pipe jacking driving process,the selection of pipe jacking machine and the selection of construction parameters are important links in the design and construction of the underground engineering.By accurately simulating the interaction between the pipe jacking machine and the formation,the reliable engineering parameters can be provided for the project and the safe construction of the pipe jacking tunnel can be ensured.By studying the effects of formation mechanical parameters,the engineers can make more informed selection and parameter selection decisions for pipe jacking projects under different geological conditions.
