摘要
针对海口美兰机场多排顶管工程,利用三维数值分析软件模拟分析了不同顶管顶进顺序对工作井结构变形的影响,得出最优的顶管顶进始发工序。在此顶进工序的基础上,结合现场监测数据,研究了工作井施工和顶管顶进两个过程中的地表及围护结构变形和后背土体压力与顶推力之间的关系。结果验证了数值模拟的正确性,得出多排顶管群1#、3#、2#的施工工序为最优工序。
For the multi-row pipe jacking project of Haikou Meilan Airport,three-dimensional numerical analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the impact of different pipe jacking sequences on structural deformation of the working well,and the optimal starting procedure of pipe jacking was obtained.On the basis of this jacking process,combined with on-site monitoring data,the relationship between the deformation of the surface and the surrounding structure and the pressure between the back soil and the jacking force during the work well construction and jacking jacking process was studied.The correctness of the numerical simulation was verified and the construction process of the multi-row top pipe group 1#,3#,2#was the optimal process.
