摘要
为解决既往市政路桥施工作业中存在的泥水平衡法顶管施工技术问题,文章以江高净水厂配套主干管网工程为例,结合工程实际情况,对泥水平衡法顶管施工技术进行研究,分析工程建设中存在的重难点,提出有效技术控制手段。通过加强顶管施工设计、吊装处理,落实顶管作业,在有效施工流程全环节控制基础上,明确工程侧重点,做好细节化技术控制,促进施工的顺利开展,进而保障施工质量,为后续相类似工程建设工作提供参考。
In order to solve the technical problems of mudwater balance method pipe jacking construction in the previous municipal road and bridge construction operations,taking the supporting main pipeline network engineering of Jianggao Water Purification Plant as an example,combined with the actual engineering situation,the mud-water balance method pipe jacking construction technology is studied,the key and difficult points in the engineering construction are analyzed,and the effective technical control measures are put forward.By strengthening the design and hoisting treatment of pipe jacking construction,the pipe jacking operation is implemented.On the basis of effective control of the whole process of construction process,the engineering focus is clarified,and the detailed technical control is done well to promote the smooth development of construction,so as to ensure the construction quality and provide reference for the follow-up similar engineering construction work.
