储存湿度和时间对快硬高强砂浆的性能影响研究

摘要 储存湿度和时间是把控快硬高强砂浆质量和性能的关键因素,在储存条件不当或长期储存情况下,快硬高强砂浆的质量稳定性变差。为探究储存湿度和时间对快硬高强砂浆的性能影响规律,设置了三种不同储存湿度、四种储存时间,测试不同储存条件下快硬高强砂浆的凝结时间、工作性能和力学性能,分析其性能变化规律和最佳储存条件。结果表明:随着储存湿度和时间增加,快硬高强砂浆的凝结时间变长,流动度增加,流动度经时损失也随之降低,但砂浆抗压强度尤其是早期抗压强度显著下降。综合分析性能测试结果,当环境相对湿度低于40%,储存时间在72 h以内时,快硬高强砂浆质量稳定性较佳。 Storage humidity and time are the key factors to control the quality and performance of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar.Under improper storage conditions or long-term storage conditions,the quality stability of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar deteriorates.In order to explore the influence law of storage humidity and time on the performance of rapid hardening and highstrength mortar,this paper sets three kinds of storage humidity and four kinds of storage time,tests the setting time,working performance and mechanical properties of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar under different storage conditions,and explores its performance change law and optimal storage conditions.The results show that with the increase of storage humidity and time,the setting time of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar becomes longer,the fluidity increases,and the loss of fluidity over time also decreases,but the compressive strength of mortar,especially the early compressive strength,decreases significantly.Comprehensive analysis of the performance test results shows that when the ambient relative humidity is less than 40%and the storage time is less than 72 h,the quality stability of fast hardening high-strength mortar is better.
