摘要
为了对赋存于高压低温环境下海洋天然气水合物资源进行精准评价并掌握其储存情况,在钻探取样时需尽可能地保持水合物原始赋存状态。为提升保温保压工具的可靠性和成熟度,作者设计了深海保压取样模拟测试装置,模拟测试装置包括顶驱钻机、大通径钻杆、BHA、岩样筒、带压打捞装置等,以便在实验室条件下,模拟实际作业环境及过程,进行取样器投放及打捞、循环、工具旋转及钻进、井筒加背压及工具带压打捞等过程的测试,进而有效评价取样工具的可靠性和技术性能。通过应用,测试装置能够有效发现被测试工具的不足,进而促进工具的改进和性能提升,大大减少海试次数及时间,从而降低工具研制费用并加快工具研制进程。
In order to accurately evaluate the marine natural gas hydrate resources stored under high pressure and low temperature and to grasp the storage situation,it is necessary to maintain the original hydrate storage state as much as possible during drilling and sampling.To improve the reliability and maturity of insulation and pressure holding tools,the author designed the simulation and testing device for deep-sea pressure-holding and sampling,which includes top-drive drilling machine,large-diameter drilling pipe,BHA,rock sample cylinder,the pressurized fishing device,and so on,so that it can simulate the actual operating environment and process under laboratory conditions,carry out tests on sampler deployment and salvage,circulation,tool rotation and drilling,wellbore backpressure and tool pressurized fishing,and effectively evaluate the reliability and technical performance of the sampling tools.Through application,the test device can effectively identify the shortcomings of the tested tool,and then promote the improvement and performance of the tool,greatly reduce the number and time of sea trials,thereby reducing the tool development cost and speeding up its development process.
