摘要
为了改善掺碱激发胶凝材料砂浆的性能,得到粉煤灰替代矿渣的较优掺量,文章在基础砂浆配合比中分别掺入0~30%的粉煤灰以取代矿渣,进行流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度的试验研究,并通过SEM、红外光谱分析试验,分析砂浆的微观结构及水化产物的组成成分。研究发现:粉煤灰取代量为15%时,砂浆的流动度最大,较基准组提升18.5%,其3 d、7 d、28 d的抗折强度分别提升了8.5%、2.9%、5.7%,3 d、7 d的折压比分别提升了40.1%、12.9%;随粉煤灰取代量的逐渐增加,砂浆的各龄期抗压强度逐渐降低;适当掺量的粉煤灰可以明显改善砂浆的流动度和抗折强度,但对其抗压强度的增强作用不明显,且长期性能仍有待进一步研究。经微观结构分析发现,粉煤灰的掺入不仅可以改善砂浆的内部孔结构,还可以使水化产物的品种减少、硅钙石类产物增加,从而使其结构致密,性能改善。
In order to improve the performance of mortar with alkali-inspired cementitious materials and to obtain an optimal dosage of fly ash to replace slag,the article mixed 0-30%of fly ash to replace slag in the proportion of base mortar,carried out ex-perimental research on the flowability,flexural strength and compressive strength,and analyzed the microstructure of the mortar and the composition of hydration products by SEM and infrared spectroscopy analysis tests.It was found that the flowability of the mortar was largest when the replacement dosage of fly ash was 15%,which was 18.5% higher than that of the baseline group.Its 3 d,7 d and 28 d flexural strength increased by 8.5%,2.9% and 5.7%respectively,and the 3 d and 7 d flexural-compression ratio increased by 40.1% and 12.9%respectively.With the gradual increase of fly ash replacement,the compressive strength of mortar at each age was gradually reduced.The appropriate dosage of fly ash can significantly improve the flowability and flexural strength of mortar,but the enhancement effect on its compressive strength is not obvious,and the long-term performance still needs further study.Micro-structural analysis shows that the addition of fly ash can not only improve the internal pore structure of mortar,but also reduce the variety of hydration products and increase the silica-calcite products,thus making its structure dense and improving its performance.
