摘要
为响应全球碳中和的战略要求,以新能源作为动力系统的替代燃料是船舶行业的主要减排措施,研发低碳、无碳船舶和预测项目投资经济性将显得十分重要。通过介绍新能源动力系统的主要应用形式,以内河集散两用电推船型为例,分别采用电力、高压气氢和甲醇作为船舶燃料,构建资本预算财务模型,分析项目投资经济性。数据结果显示,新能源动力船舶在获得财政补贴后,投资回收期和内部收益率已处于资本投资的可接受度,但投资经济性仍需进一步提升。在研发和投资新能源动力船舶项目时,除争取获得财政补贴以外,仍需关注碳税、燃料与电池价格、税收优惠等因素的影响。
In response to the strategic requirements of global carbon neutrality,using new energy as an alternative fuel for the power system is the main emission reduction measure for the shipbuilding industry,and it is very important to develop low-carbon and carbon-free ships and predict the investment economics of the project.By introducing the main application forms of the new energy power system,taking river electric propulsion ship as an example,the capital budget financial model of the ship respectively using electricity,high-pressure gas hydrogen and methanol as ship fuel were established to analyze the investment economy of the project.The data results showed that after the new energy powered ships receive financial subsidies,the investment payback period and internal rate of return are already in the acceptable degree of capital investment,but the investment economy still needs to be further improved.When developing and investing in the new energy powered ship projects,in addition to obtaining financial subsidies,it is still necessary to pay attention to the impact of carbon taxes,fuel and battery prices,tax incentives and other factors.
