摘要
目前,电网生产大修项目缺乏系统、有效的投资经济性测算模型,电网大修项目资金投入产出效益不高的现象时有出现,不利于电网的可持续发展。针对该问题,基于技术经济学与会计成本核算理论,系统提出电网生产大修项目经济性测算模型。首先,梳理并分析了我国在电网生产大修项目投资经济性方面的发展现状及存在的不足。然后,基于电网生产大修项目的技术特性,以现值计算为基本原则,提出了由成本现值测算模型、收益现值测算模型与项目经济性分析模型为主体构成的大修项目经济性测算模型。最后,对某省220 kV变电站2号主变大修项目进行了投资经济性测算的案例分析,验证所提模型的有效性与准确性。
At present the electric grid production project lacks systematic and effective investment economicity calculation models.In addition the relatively high incidence low beneficiality of investment in overhaul project of the electric grids hinders the sustainable development of electric grids.In view of this,inspired by the theory of technical economics and accounting costs,this paper proposes the economicity calculation model of electric grid overhaul projects.First the research,development status and disadvantages of investment economicity in China′s electric grid overhaul projects are clarified and analyzed.Then based on the technical characteristics of electric grid overhaul and the current value calculation,the basic principle of cost calculation models,income current value calculation models and project economy analysis models are proposed.Finally,a case analysis of investment economy calculation on the overhaul of an actual 220 kV main substation is given,which verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model.
