摘要
腹部术后导致的脏器粘连是当今外科领域中尚未解决的难题,严重的腹盆腔粘连可导致肠梗阻、慢性疼痛及不孕等并发症。随着手术技术的发展及各种防粘连产品和方法相继应用于临床,一定程度上降低了上述并发症的发生。术后腹腔灌洗通过间断或者连续将灌洗液经腹壁留置的管道送入及排出腹腔,完成对腹腔内各脏器的隔离和对残留组织、异物及各种炎症因子的清除,以起到控制粘连发生的作用。以下将术后灌洗在预防腹盆腔粘连中的作用及优缺点作一综述。
Postoperative adhesions between abdominal and pelvic organs remain a challenging issue in surgical practice,with severe cases potentially leading to complications such as intestinal obstruction,chronic pain,and infertility.The development of surgical techniques and the application of various anti-adhesion products and methods have contributed to reducing the incidence of these complications to some extent.Postoperative peritoneal lavage,which involves the intermittent or continuous infusion and drainage of lavage solution via a catheter through the abdominal wall,serves to isolate abdominal organs and remove residual tissue,foreign matter,and inflammatory factors,ultimately reducing adhesion formation.This review discusses the role,advantages,and limitations of postoperative lavage in preventing abdominopelvic adhesions.
