摘要
目的:探讨输卵管结扎术后再行吻合术的护理措施。方法:对156例输卵管结扎术后施行显微吻合术的受术者做好围手术期护理,强调术后早期通液及合理体位的重要性。结果:156例输卵管吻合术的复通率为98.08%,3例通而不畅。两年内宫内受孕率为85.26%。结论:熟练的技术及细致周到的护理可提高输卵管显微吻合术后受术者复通率及再孕率。
Objective： Probe into the nursing counterrneasures of tubectomy after tubal ligation. Method：156 patients with tubectomy were given observation and nursing. Result：The first open liquides in 156 patients,the unobstruct rate was 98. 0896, there was 3 patient has obstruct. During two years, the pregnanly rate was 85.26 96 the ectopic pregnancy rate was 1.28 96. Conclusion： The effective countermeasure of operation successful is to know well the applicable and avoid disease, do well the preventions infection after operation, open the liquides and action in the early time after operation, et al, so that could improve successful rate of tubectomy.
