摘要
目的:比较小分子量壳聚糖及其衍生物羧甲基壳聚糖对口腔五种常见致病菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:用纸片药敏试验检测壳聚糖粘度5、(浓度2%pH6.5),羧甲基壳聚糖(MW-分子量1~2万,浓度2.0%1.5%1.0%0.5%)和羧甲基壳聚糖粘度30(浓度2.0%)对金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,幽门螺杆菌,牙龈卟啉菌和变形链球菌的抑菌环情况,并测定以上浓度羧甲基壳聚糖MV1~2万和粘度30的抑菌率。结果:壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖对5种致病因均有抑菌作用;但羧甲基壳聚糖只有接触性抑菌作用;2.0%浓度羧甲基壳聚糖的接触性抑菌作用最强,且小分子量优于中分子量;经高温处理的羧甲基壳聚糖抑菌作用稳定。结论:壳聚糖在pH6.5条件下对口腔五种常见致病菌的抑菌作用优于羧甲基壳聚糖;羧甲基壳聚糖只有接触性抑菌作用。
