摘要
目的:构建可测量的公立医院集体领导力评价工具。方法:基于文献研究和访谈研究构建公立医院集体领导力评价指标池,采用德尔菲专家咨询法开展两轮咨询,最终确定公立医院集体领导力评价指标体系。结果:通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定了专家共识的领导力评价指标体系,包括8个一级指标和31个二级指标,分别是道德规范(4项)、能力(4项)、魅力(4项)、价值观(3项)、工作作风(5项)、团队建设(5项)、员工关怀(4项)和人际关系(2项)。结论:构建了以行为和能力为导向的公立医院集体领导力评价指标体系,通过中层管理人员角度评价和量化公立医院领导班子的领导力水平,有助于医院领导力科学评估评价领域的发展。
Objective:To develop a measurable evaluation tool for collective leadership in Chinese public hospitals.Methods:A collective leadership evaluation indicator pool was established based on literature research and interviews.Two rounds of consultations using the Delphi method were conducted to finalize the collective leadership evaluation system for public hospitals.Results:The final leadership evaluation system,agreed upon by experts,includes 8 primary indicators and 31 secondary indicators:ethical standards(4 items),competence(4 items),charisma(4 items),values(3 items),work style(5 items),team building(5 items),employee care(4 items),and interpersonal relationships(2 items).Conclusion:This study constructed a behavior-and competency-oriented collective leadership evaluation system for public hospitals.The system allows for the evaluation and quantification of leadership capabilities from the perspective of middle management,contributing to the development of scientific leadership assessment in Chinese hospitals.
