摘要
江苏既是制造业大省,也一直是利用外商投资的大省,促进外资积极参与江苏产业链现代化建设依然十分重要。首先,通过梳理江苏外商直接投资及产业链的现状,阐释不同投资动机外资对产业链现代化的作用机制,分析影响不同投资动机的外资在江苏投资的因素;其次,得出江苏应调整资源寻求型外资,稳住效率寻求型外资,继续吸引市场寻求型外资,积极吸引战略资产寻求型外资的结论;最后,提出以投资动机为着眼点,夯实吸引外资硬实力,以投资利益为立足点,打造引资强磁场,进而推进外资积极参与江苏产业链现代化建设的对策建议。
Jiangsu is not only a major manufacturing province,but also a province that utilizes foreign investment.It is still very important to promote the active participation of foreign investment in the modernization of Jiangsu’s industrial chain.Firstly,by sorting out the current situation of foreign direct investment and industrial chain in Jiangsu,this paper explains the mechanism of foreign investment with different investment motivations on the modernization of the industrial chain,and analyzes the factors that affect foreign investment with different investment motivations in Jiangsu.Secondly,it is concluded that Jiangsu should adjust its resource seeking foreign investment,stabilize efficiency seeking foreign investment,continue to attract market seeking foreign investment,and actively attract strategic asset seeking foreign investment.Finally,it is proposed to focus on investment motivation,consolidate the hard power of attracting foreign investment,take investment benefits as the foothold,create a strong magnetic field for attracting investment,and promote the active participation of foreign investment in the modernization of Jiangsu’s industrial chain.
