The"double cycle"conforms to the general trend of cyclical changes in today’s global growth model,and promotes global rebalance and inclusive development.It emphasizes to tap the potential of the large domestic market to reshape China’s new advantages in participating in international cooperation and competition,which will further enhance the high-quality opening up and growth of the Chinese economy.The"double cycle"strategy has distinct characteristics of the times.It has broken through many traditional theories in development economics and formed a new open political economy for the Chinese economy.
