“三习贯通”提升师范生教育教学实践能力路径探索

摘要 该研究旨在探讨“三习贯通”实践教学模式在提升师范生教育教学实践能力方面的应用。首先,分析了传统师范生实践教学存在的挑战和问题,包括体系不完善、指导不足、评价机制不健全以及与理论教学脱节等。其次,提出了“三习贯通”实践教学模式的构建与实施方案,强调理论联系实际、突出实践主体性、注重实践效果。具体包括建立课程体系、开发教学资源、完善评价机制等。最后,探讨了该模式的成效评价指标,包括师范生对“三习贯通”理论的理解、人文素养和综合能力、教育教学实践能力以及对实践教学的满意度。该研究为提升师范生教育教学实践能力提供了理论支持和实践指导。 This study aims to explore the application of the practical teaching model based on integrated educa⁃tional practice in improving the education and teaching practice ability of education majors.First,the challenges and problems of traditional practical teaching for education majors are analyzed,including imperfect system,in⁃sufficient guidance,imperfect evaluation mechanism and disconnection from theoretical teaching.Secondly,the construction and implementation plan of the practical teaching model based on integrated educational practice is proposed,emphasizing the connection between theory and practice,highlighting the subjectivity of practice,and focusing on the results of practice.Specifically,it includes establishing a curriculum system,developing teaching resources,and improving the evaluation mechanism.Finally,the effectiveness evaluation indicators of this model are discussed,including education majors’understanding of integrated educational practice,humanistic literacy and comprehensive ability,education and teaching practice ability,and satisfaction with practical teaching.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the education and teaching practice abil⁃ity of education majors.
