摘要
本文分两个层次论述审美判断力在康德哲学中的地位问题。一方面,长期以来审美判断(或鉴赏判断)与目的论的关系似乎是个不解之谜,而实际上,审美判断力是整个目的论中惟一的先天原则,目的论判断力则是从中引申出来的一个观点,两者都属于目的论,但有审美判断力和目的论判断力的层次之分;另一方面,审美判断力作为目的论中的最深层次,又构成整个康德哲学体系的“入门”,不但是自然形而上学的入门,而且是道德形而上学的入门,因而具有高阶自律即“再自律”的特点。
This paper discusses the status of aesthetic judgment in the philosophy of Kant at two levels. On one hand, the relationship between aesthetic judgment (or appreciation) and teleology has long been a mystery, but as a matter of fact, the aesthetic judgment is the only intrinsic principle of the whole teleology, whereas the teleological judgment is an extension from it. Both belong to teleology, and the only difference between them is that of levels. On the other hand, aesthetic judgment, as the deepest level of teleology, constitutes an introduction to the whole Kantian philosophy, not only to the natural metaphysics but also to the moral metaphysics, thus featuring the “Heautonomie.”
