摘要
目前,教学经验的总结在大部分高校采取的教师课堂教学评价方法中发挥了很大作用,评价过程中评价者依据自身教学经验建立起的相对标准进行评价,虽然能给出相对合理的评价结果,但评价结果对被评价的教师而言缺乏较系统的指导作用。通过摆脱经验总结,从理论出发建立新的评价方案及对应的评价标准。从学科教学知识理论和教学过程的分析出发,认为知识、方法、价值观、技能、情感态度和过程构成了课堂教学的六个维度,形成了从这六个维度进行评价的“六维度”课堂教学评价方法,并给出了具体标准和量化方案。该评价方法及标准从理论出发,兼顾教与学,具有指导性和普适性,为科学评价课堂教学质量提供了新的依据,也为教师努力提高教学能力提供了方向和参考。
At present,teaching experience plays an important part in the evaluation of classroom teaching.In the process of evaluation,the evaluators usually evaluate teachers according to the standards established by their own teaching experience.Though these evaluation methods can make reasonable results,such results cannot give systematic suggestions for the evaluated teachers to improve their teaching abilities.This study tries to establish a new evaluation method based on theories,escaping the limit of teaching experience.Based the theory of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)and the analysis of teaching process,a teacher’s performance is composed of six parts:knowledge,methods,sense of worth,skills,emotional attitudes and process.Evaluating from these six dimensions is called six-dimension evaluation method.The corresponding criteria for each dimension are suggested and a quantization scheme is created.This evaluation method is created based on how to perform a good class,consequently,it is not only a method for teaching evaluation,but also a direction for teachers to improve their teaching abilities.
