回归教学:大学教学评价的基本价值追求——以东北师范大学为例 被引量:29

摘要 教学是高校最根本的基础性工作。本科教学应突出大学办学特色,大学教学评价应回归教学本身,明确教学评价理念,促进教师专业发展;完善教学评价制度,突显教学中心地位;厘清教学评价内容,促进教学方式变革;规范教学评价过程,创造先进教学文化;发挥教学评价功能,提高人才培养质量。东北师范大学通过推进教师考核评价制度改革,逐步建立健全与世界一流师范大学办学定位相适应的教学评价体系,探索出一条具有师范大学特色的教学评价改革之路。 Teaching plays the most fundamental role in higher education. Undergraduate education should highlight university-running characteristics, and teaching evaluation in universities should return to teaching itself in the following ways: firstly, clarifying teaching evaluation philosophy and promoting teacher professional development; secondly, optimizing teaching evaluation system and highlighting the central role of teaching; thirdly, systematically constructing teaching evaluation content and facilitating teaching method innovation; fourthly, standardizing teaching evaluation procedure and cultivating advanced teaching culture. At last, exerting teaching evaluation function and improving education quality. Northeast Normal University has gradually established a world-class teaching evaluation system by advancing faculty assessing institution, and explored a reform way of normal university teaching evaluation.
