摘要
创新型人才培养工作的组织除了要从教育领域教学理念的更新入手,同时也要从人才培养教学评价体系的设置出发,在持续改革教学方案、不断更新教学理念的基础上,以教学评价体系的优化保障创新型人才培养质量。我国当前所采用的教学评价体系存在着一定的不足之处。因此在创新驱动发展战略的实施背景下,高校创新型人才培养工作的开展要从教学改革入手,也要从教学评价体系的优化出发,持续更新教学理念,优化教学过程,以对学生的科学评价来激发高校创新活力,更好地促进高校创新型人才培养工作的持续推进。
The organization of innovative talent training should not only start with the renewal of teaching ideas in the field of education,but also start from the setting of talent training teaching evaluation system,and ensure the quality of innovative talent training with the optimization of teaching evaluation system on the basis of continuous reform of teaching plan and continuous renewal of teaching ideas.There are some deficiencies in the current teaching evaluation system in China.Therefore,under the background of the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy,the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities should start with the teaching reform and the optimization of the teaching evaluation system,continuously update the teaching concept,optimize the teaching process,stimulate the innovation vitality of colleges and universities with the scientific evaluation of students,and better promote the continuous promotion of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
