摘要
传统民居作为我国的建筑遗产,承载了厚重的历史底蕴和文化价值。对传统民居声景观进行评价,不仅可以挖掘地方独特的“声”元素,还能够对传统民居的声景观保护利用、提质优化发挥作用。文章基于“人—活动—场所”模型,选取中田村传统民居类景区9个采样点和3条声漫步路线对其声景观感知进行了评价,并从客观和主观方面探究了区内声源感知的影响因素。研究发现:(1)综合人流量、可达性和声级采样标准等相关因素,发现环境声级正向作用于游客对声源的满意度和协调度,且环境声级应不超过合理范围。(2)在9个采样点中,有5个采样点符合标准声级点位,4个采样点超过了声级标准,主要影响因素为车流量、人流量和犬吠声等复杂的声源类型。(3)人们对声景观的评价具有主观性和个体差异性,其中游客对声景观的主观评价受到性别、年龄、学历、客源地、生活环境等社会特征因素影响。据此,提出了声景观是影响景区内原居民生活质量和游客旅游体验的重要因素,在规划中应该采取降噪、保留自然声等措施。
As the architectural heritage of China,traditional dwelling houses carry heavy historical heritage and cultural value.Evaluating the soundscape of traditional dwelling houses can not only explore the unique"sound"elements of the place,but also play a role in the protection and utilization,quality improvement and optimization of the soundscape of traditional dwelling houses.Based on the"human-activity-place"model,this paper selects 9 sampling points and 3 acoustic walking routes of traditional dwelling houses in Zhongtian Village as a case study,evaluates its soundscape,and analyzes the influencing factors of soundscape perception from both objective and subjective aspects.It's found that:1)According to the flow of people,accessibility and sampling standard of sound level,the ambient sound level positively affects the satisfaction degree and coordination degree of tourists to the sound source,and the ambient sound level should not exceed the reasonable range.2)Among the 9 sampling points in the traditional dwelling houses of Zhongtian Village,there are 5 sampling points that meet the standard sound level and 4 sampling points exceed the sound level standard.The main influencing factors are the complex types of sound sources,such as the traffic flow,the human flow and the barking sound.3)People's soundscape evaluation has subjective and individual differences,and tourists'subjective evaluation of the soundscape may be influenced by social characteristic factors,such as gender,age,education background,tourist market,living environment.Soundscape is an important factor affecting the life quality of original residents in the scenic area and the tourist experience,and some measures should be taken to reduce noise and retain natural sound in the planning.
