摘要
血管新生和神经修复在中枢神经系统疾病的恢复中具有重大意义,脊髓损伤(SCI)是中枢神经系统疾病之一,促进SCI后血管的新生以及神经的修复成为目前治疗脊髓损伤的重要策略之一,研究认为针刺对调节中枢神经系统疾病,促进其血管的新生和神经的再生修复发挥了重要作用。因此,通过综述血管新生相关因子对神经修复的影响,针刺干预SCI后对SCI血管和神经的作用机制,为针刺调控血管新生,促进神经修复干预SCI提供理论参考。
Angiogenesis and neural repair play crucial roles in the recovery from central nervous system(CNS)diseases,with spinal cord injury(SCI)being one such condition.Promoting angiogenesis and nerve repair following SCI has become one of the key strategies for treating SCI.Research indicates that acupuncture significantly contributes to the regulation of CNS diseases,facilitating angiogenesis and neural regeneration.This study explores the influence of angiogenic factors on nerve repair and elucidates the mechanisms of acupuncture in intervening in SCI to affect vascular and neural outcomes to provide theoretical insights into how acupuncture can regulate angiogenesis and promote nerve repair in the context of SCI.
