摘要
肺移植是终末期肺病的重要救治手段,目前间质性肺疾病(ILD)接受肺移植的患者日益增多,但其中主要以特发性间质性肺炎为主,而结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)亦有大量终末期肺病患者,虽有肺移植的指征,但由于多器官受累,围手术期管理复杂,一直是肺移植领域的难点之一。本文总结了近年来CTD-ILD的肺移植相关治疗进展,以期对受体选择和围手术期管理等临床问题提供相关资料。
Lung transplantation has become a crucial treatment option for patients with end-stage lung disease.In recent years,the number of patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD)undergoing lung transplantation has been steadily increasing,with the majority of these cases involving idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.However,connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD)also presents a significant number of patients with end-stage lung disease who meet the criteria for lung transplantation.Despite this,due to the involvement of multiple organs and the complexity of perioperative management,CTD-ILD remains one of the major challenges in the field of lung transplantation.This article reviews recent advancements in lung transplantation for CTD-ILD,aiming to provide relevant information on recipient selection and perioperative management for clinicians.
