摘要
目的探究健康教育对提高2型糖尿病患者饮食遵从性的策略。方法选取2023年1—12月东台市人民医院内分泌科收治的200例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以护理方法的不同分为两组,每组100例。常规组采用常规护理方式,教育组在常规组基础上对患者进行健康教育。对比两组饮食依从性、血糖水平、护理满意度及自我管理能力。结果教育组饮食依从性高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,教育组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教育组护理满意度、护理后自我管理能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者中实施常规护理联合健康教育,能提高患者的饮食依从性,降低血糖水平,提高生活质量、护理效果及自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the strategy of health education to improve dietary compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Dongtai People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 100 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the education group was given health education on the basis of the routine group.The dietary compliance,blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction and self-management ability were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The dietary compliance of the education group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the education group were lower than those in the rou-tine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and scores of self-management ability after nursing in the education group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of routine nursing combined with health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the dietary compliance of patients,reduce blood glucose levels,improve the quality of life,nursing effect and self-management ability.
