摘要
目的评价胰岛素使用访谈工具对改变糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度的效果。方法选择我院住院期间首次遵医嘱使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者37例,采用"我对胰岛素的看法"量表评估患者对胰岛素使用存在的障碍,使用胰岛素访谈工具进行健康教育访谈,比较健康教育前后患者对胰岛素治疗的看法及接受程度。结果健康教育前后患者对胰岛素看法的总体得分及各个维度得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对胰岛素治疗的接受程度的差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素访谈工具可改变糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗的看法,提高胰岛素治疗依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of insulin interview tool to change the patients＇ attitude towards insulin therapy. Methods Thirty-seven diabetic patients who were prescribed insulin for the first time were recruited in this study. The obstacles of insulin treatment were assessed by the scale of ＂my opinion on insulin＂. Then the patients received health education by using insulin interview tool. The patients＇ opinions and acceptance to insulin therapy before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention,the patients＇ opinions and acceptance to insulin treatment were significantly improved than before（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The appliance of insulin interview tool can change the diabetic patients; opinions on insulin therapy and improve their compliance with insulin therapy.
