摘要
目的分析细菌性肺炎实施抗生素+纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2023年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇三医院收治的422例细菌性肺炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为两组,各211例。对照组行抗生素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗。比较两组炎症指标、肺功能、临床疗效和住院时间。结果治疗后,研究组降钙素原、白细胞计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.63%(206/211),高于对照组的90.52%(191/211),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.567,P=0.002)。研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗生素+纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗后的疗效较好,能大幅减轻细菌性肺炎造成的炎症问题,降低肺功能受损程度。
Objective To analyze the effect of antibiotic+fibrobronchoscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia.Methods A total of 422 patients with bacterial pneumonia admitted to the 903 rd Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 211 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the study group was combined with fibrobronchoscopy alveolar lavage for treatment on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indexes,lung function,clinical efficacy and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the procalcitonin and white blood cell count in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate and forced vital capacity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.63%(206/211),which was higher than 90.52%(191/211)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.567,P=0.002).The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotic+fibrobronchoscopy alveolar lavage has good curative effect,which can greatly reduce the inflammation caused by bacterial pneumonia,reduce the degree of lung function damage.
