丁基胶抗紫外性能研究

摘要 参照GB/T 23457—2017《预铺防水卷材》的相关规定,以用于防水卷材的丁基胶为研究对象,分析了不同用量的紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂配合使用对丁基胶抗紫外性能的影响;同时还探讨了不同紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂配合使用对丁基胶抗紫外性能的影响;最后,讨论了不同颜色丁基胶抗紫外性能的差异。结果表明,与单一添加紫外线吸收剂或光稳定剂相比,二者配合使用更有利于丁基胶抗紫外性能的提高。同时,黑色丁基胶相比较于其它颜色,有更好的抗紫外性能。 With reference of the standard GB/T 23457—2017“Pre-applied waterproofing sheets”,the effects of different amounts of ultraviolet absorbers and light stabilizers on the UV resistance of butyl adhesive were analyzed.At the same time,the effects of different ultraviolet absorbers and light stabilizers on the ultraviolet resistance of butyl rubber were also discussed.Finally,the differences in UV resistance of different colors of butyl glue were discussed.The results showed that the combination of the two was more conducive to the improvement of the UV resistance of butyl rubber than the single addition of ultraviolet absorber or light stabilizer.Meanwhile,black butyl adhesive had better UV resistance than other colors.
