摘要
选用不同改性工艺对纳米碳酸钙进行表面活化处理,并探讨了不同工艺制备的纳米碳酸钙对光伏建筑用密封胶在加工性能、力学性能、耐黄变性能、贮存性能以及耐湿热性能等方面的影响。结果表明:采用低C18含量的硬脂酸,通过工艺改进与调整,依然可以制得符合性能要求的光伏建筑用密封胶,为纳米碳酸钙的改性工艺以及密封胶的制备提供了新的方向和思路。
Different modification processes are adopted to activate the surface of nano calcium carbonate,and the effects of nano calcium carbonate prepared by different processes on the processing properties,mechanical properties,yellowing resistance,storage properties and moisture and heat resistance of sealant for photovoltaic building are discussed.The results show that the sealant for photovoltaic construction can still be prepared by using stearic acid with low C18 content through process improvement and adjustment,which provides a new direction and idea for the modification process of nano calcium carbonate and the preparation of sealant.
