摘要
采用烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷制备了一种脱醇型光伏组件用RTV-1硅酮密封胶,探讨了交联剂含量、催化剂类型和用量以及偶联剂类型和用量对该光伏胶表干时间、深层固化、贮存稳定性、耐黄变性能和粘接性能等的影响。结果表明,交联剂质量分数在2%左右时,具有较佳的固化速率、贮存稳定性和挤出施工性能;选用有机锡螯合物作催化剂且添加量在3‰左右时,能够获得良好的固化速率,且贮存性能稳定;使用KH-540和KH-590复配型偶联剂,对电池组件材料具有良好的粘接和抗黄变性能。
Using the alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane a dealcoholized type RTV-1 silicone sealant for solar PV modules was prepared.And the effects of the crosslinker content,type and content of the catalysts as well as type and content of the coupling agents on the tack free time,curing rate,storage stability,yellowing resistance and bonding properties were discussed.The results showed that when the crosslinker content was about 2.0 phr,the sealant had better curing rate,storage stability and extruding workability;when the content of organotin chelate as the catalyst was about 3‰,the sealant had better curing rate and storage stability.In addition,it showed that the sealant had better yellowing resistance and adhesion properties to different substrates for the solar PV modules when KH-540KH-590 were used as the compound coupling agent.
