摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、MTMS/TEOS低聚物、气相法白炭黑、惰性填料、硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂等为原料,制得了RTV-2耐酸有机硅密封胶。研究了填料种类、MTMS/TEOS低聚物的用量以及不同硅烷偶联剂对密封胶性能的影响,考察了密封胶在酸性介质中的粘接耐久性。结果表明:以石英粉与硫酸钡为填料,MTMS/TEOS低聚物为交联剂,KH-792/KH-560低聚物为偶联剂可制得在酸性介质中具有优异粘接耐久性的双组分密封胶,其可用于湿法脱硫系统烟囱或烟道的防腐粘接与密封。
RTV-2 acidproof silicone sealant was prepared by α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane,polydimethylsiloxane,MTMS/TEOS oligomer,fumed silica,inert filler,silicone coupling agent and organic tin catalyst.The effect of types of fillers,the amount of MTMS/TEOS oligomer and the types of silicone coupling agent on the properties of the sealant were studied.The bonding durability of the sealant in acidic medium was investigated emphatically.The results show that the sealant with excellent bonding durability in acidic medium was prepared by quartz and barium sulfate as filler,MTMS/TEOS oligomer as cross-linker and KH-792/KH-560 oligomer as coupling agent.The sealant could be used for anti-corrosion bonding or sealing of chimneys and flues in wet desulphurization.
