终身教育理念下构建社区学习共同体的实践与探索——以北京东城社区学院“四时五行话养生”讲堂项目为例

摘要 构建终身教育体系,建设学习型社会是我国教育现代化发展的战略目标之一。社区学习共同体是践行终身教育理念的重要学习载体。北京东城社区学院“四时五行话养生”讲堂,在探索构建社区学习共同体的实践过程中,积极探索出包括组建师资队伍、丰富课程体系、健全组织管理制度、编写实用教材、做好学习支持服务、推进数字化学习方式、建立激励制度的多维度实践路径,有效推动社区教育高质量发展。 Building a lifelong education system and a learning society is one of the strategic objectives of China's education modernization. A neighborhood-based learning community is an important learning platform for practicing the concept of lifelong education. The “Four Seasons and Five Elements Health Talk” lectures launched by Beijing Dongcheng Community College actively explore various practical paths in the process of building a learning community. These paths include building a high-caliber teaching staff, enriching the curriculum system, improving organizational management systems, compiling practical teaching materials, providing learning support services,advancing digital learning methods, and establishing incentive systems. These efforts effectively promote the highquality development of community education.
