摘要
在现代社会快速发展的背景下,人们面临着不断增加的生活和工作压力,耳鸣问题日益普遍,严重影响患者的生活质量。此研究旨在探讨针灸治疗耳鸣的疗效及其作用机制。通过对近20年的研究成果进行了系统的整理和总结,发现针灸治疗耳鸣的效果受到广泛关注,尤其是电针、艾灸、刺络放血等多种治疗方法的联合应用,显示出较好的临床疗效。此文综合分析了针灸治疗耳鸣的可能机制,包括对中枢神经递质、外周听觉系统以及神经电生理机制的调节作用,为针灸治疗耳鸣提供了更为深刻的理论依据。
In the context of the rapid development of modern society,people are facing increasing pressure of life and work,and tinnitus is becoming increasingly common,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect and mechanism of acupuncture on tinnitus.Through the systematic arrangement and summary of the research results in the past 20 years,it is found that the effect of acupuncture on tinnitus has been widely concerned.The study found that the effect of acupuncture treatment of tinnitus has been widely concerned,especially the combined application of electric acupuncture,moxibustion,pricking and bloodletting and other treatment methods,showing better clinical efficacy.This paper comprehensively analyzed the possible mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tinnitus,including the regulation of central neurotransmitter,peripheral auditory system and neuroelectrophysiological mechanism,and provided a more in-depth theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of tinnitus.
