摘要
针对国有大型石油企业在供应链管理中存在的物资数据问题,包括数据重复、相近数据识别困难、数据分析能力有待提升以及经济价值收益不明显等,对长尾物资数据进行深入研究,明确界定了长尾物资的概念和范畴,制定了相关标准,并应用于业务实践。研究结果显示,通过对长尾物资数据的研究,企业能够有效降低采购成本,提升物资使用效率。
This study addresses the material data issues encountered by state-owned large petroleum enterprises in supply chain management,including challenges such as data duplication,difficulty in identifying similar data,low data analysis capabilities,and unapparent economic value realization.An in-depth study of long-tail material data was conducted,which not only clearly defined the concept and scope of long-tail materials but also established relevant standards and applied them to business practices.The research findings indicate that through the study of long-tail material data,enterprises can effectively reduce procurement costs and enhance the efficiency of material utilization.
