摘要 为了应对科技进步带来的变化,更好地指导企业的创新活动,提高企业的创新管理水平,基于对产品生命周期中各个阶段的产品、消费人群、市场等特征的分析,发现从产品的引入期到衰退期的创新管理与蓝海策略、二八定律、长尾理论三理论之间存在密切的关系。全新产品的推出意味着企业发现了属于自己的"蓝海",它的发现需要通过根本性创新活动来实现。企业在产品成长期则要利用二八定理来指导渐进性创新活动,实现领先者的超额利润。在成熟期则需要抓住"长尾"的精髓,利用工艺创新来节省成本,维持高利润。衰退期的到来则预示着下一个新产品的萌芽,下一个经济周期的到来。 In order to deal with the changes brought by scientific and technological progress, guide innovative activities of enterprises bet- ter and improve enterprise management level of innovation, the article found innovation management from the introduction to recession of a product had a close relations with blue ocean strategy, 80/20 rule and the theory of long tail, based on the charavteristics analysis of prod- ucts, consumer groups, market of all stages in product life cycle. The introduction of new products means that the enlerprises find lheir own "blue ocean", this discovery of blue ocean are achieved by the adoption of radical innovation activities. Enterprises have to use 80/20 rule to guide the incremental innovation activities to achieve the excess profits of the leading enterprises at growth stage. In mature period, enterprises need to grasp the essence of "long tail", use process innovation to save costs and maintain high pro(Its. The arrival of decline phase indicates that the next new product and the next economic cycle is coming out.
