摘要
在数字化时代,探索职业教育与终身学习模式成为当务之急。文章旨在分析当前数字化环境下的职业教育形势,并提出符合时代潮流的终身学习模式。通过文献综述和专家访谈,研究发现传统职业教育已无法满足快速变化的市场需求,强调终身学习的重要性。结论显示,采用个性化、灵活的学习方式,结合在线课程、虚拟实践和跨领域知识融合,可提升职场竞争力。终身学习需贯穿整个职业生涯,不断更新技能、适应新挑战。这一结论为建立更具包容性和适应性的教育体系提供了重要参考,助力个体和组织在数字化浪潮中保持竞争优势。
In the digital age,it is urgent to explore the mode of vocational education and lifelong learning.The article aims to analyze the situation of vocational education in the current digital environment,and put forward a lifelong learning mode in line with the trend ofthe times.Through literature review and experts’interviews,the study finds that traditional vocational education has been unable to meet the rapidly changing market demand while the importance of lifelong learning is emphasized.The conclusion shows that adoption of personalized and flexible learning methods,combined with online courses,virtual practice and cross-disciplinary knowledge integration,can enhance the competitiveness.Lifelong learning needs to be sustained throughout a career to update skills and adapt to new challenges.This conclusion provides an important reference for the establishment of a more inclusive and adaptive education system,helping individuals and organizations to maintain a competitive advantage in the digital wave.
