摘要
[目的/意义]在大数据环境下,海量异构化的教学数据对高校教学知识管理提出了新的要求,高校作为知识密集型组织,将大数据技术运用到教学知识管理中,有助于促进教学知识发掘与教学效率提升。[方法/过程]重点采用案例研究法、文献调查法梳理近年国内外大数据与高校教学知识管理相关领域的研究与实践进展,在此基础上构建一种基于大数据的高校教学知识管理模式并为高校提供实施建议。[结果/结论]通过教学大数据与知识的收集存储、挖掘开发、知识共享、途径扩展、成果反馈,可以实现知识在组织内部良性循环。为此,高校需要加强基础设施建设,增加显性知识储备,促进隐性知识大数据化,引入自主学习平台,营造良好文化氛围。
[Purpose/Significance]In the big data environment,massive isomerized teaching data puts forward new requirements for teaching knowledge management in universities.As a knowledge intensive organization,the application of big data technology in teaching knowledge management in universities will help to promote the exploration of teaching knowledge and the improvement of teaching efficiency.[Method/Process]Focusing on case study and literature survey,this paper summarized the research and practice progress of big data and university teaching knowledge management at home and abroad in recent years.On this basis,it constructed a university teaching knowledge management mode based on big data and provides implementation suggestions for universities.[Result/Conclusion]Through the collection and storage of teaching big data and knowledge,mining and development,knowledge sharing,path expansion and achievement feedback,a virtuous circle of knowledge within the organization can be realized.Therefore,it is necessary for universities to strengthen infrastructure construction,increase explicit knowledge reserve,promote tacit knowledge big data,introduce autonomous learning platform,and create a good cultural atmosphere.
