摘要
依托于三峡集团在建的东岳庙数据中心,提出面向IDC工程全生命周期的知识管理方法,即信息采集、知识积累、知识识别、知识应用、图谱分析的循环过程,并基于大数据理念,探讨知识图谱技术在IDC领域的智能化可行性,构建IDC知识管理智能平台。研究结果显示,知识管理理论与信息平台的应用,加快了知识积累速度、规范了知识识别通道、提高了解决问题效率。
Relying on the Dongyuemiao data center under construction by Three Gorges group,this paper puts forward a knowledge management method for the cycle of IDC project,which contains the circular process of information collection,knowledge accumulation,knowledge identification,knowledge application and map analysis.Based on the concept of big data,discusses the intelligent feasibility of knowledge map technology in the field of IDC,and constructs an intelligent platform for IDC knowledge management.The results show that the application of knowledge management theory and information platform promotes knowledge accumulation,standardizes the channel of knowledge identification,and improves the efficiency of solving problems.
