摘要
对检测大肠杆菌O157∶H7(E.coli O157∶H7)的预富集技术和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术、等温扩增技术、基于成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列及相关蛋白质系统(CRISPR/Cas)的技术等分子生物学方法进行论述,介绍了这些方法在E.coli O157∶H7检测中的研究进展,并对其检出限和靶基因等进行了比较,以期为E.coli O157∶H7的快速检测提供参考依据。
Molecular biological detection methods of Escherichia coli O157∶H7(E.coli O157∶H7),such as preenrichment technology,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technology,isothermal amplification technology,technology based on clustering regular interval short palindrome repeat and related protein system(CRISPR/Cas)were discussed.The research progress of these methods in the detection of E.coli O157∶H7 was introduced,and the detection limit and target genes were compared,in order to provide reference for the rapid detection of E.coli O157∶H7.
