基于城市信息模型(CIM)的智慧市政管养平台设计与实现

摘要 将城市信息模型(CIM)与市政基础设施管养业务相结合,建设市政基础设施智慧管养平台,不仅可以规范市政管养工作流程,而且可以解决市政基础设施实际养护管理工作中遇到的难题,提升管养效能。以内蒙古自治区通辽市中心城区市政设施管养为例,设计研发了智慧市政管养平台,形成了“一中心、两场景、三系统”的综合管养体系,即:1个数据资源中心、2个可视化分析场景、3项CIM+应用系统。通过该平台的应用,全面规范了市政道路、桥梁、排水等城市基础设施管养流程,提升了管理水平,实现了城市市政基础设施管养的一体化和智能化以及决策的科学化,助力了通辽市“智慧城市”的长效、可持续发展。 City information model(CIM) was combined with the municipal infrastructure management and maintenance business to build a intelligent management and maintenance platform,which can not only standardize the workflow of municipal management and maintenance,but also solve the problems in practice of municipal infrastructure and improve the efficiency.Based on the management and maintenance of municipal facilities in the central area of Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,an intelligent municipal management and maintenance platform were designed and developed,forming an integrated system of “ one center,two scenes and three systems”,namely one data resource center,two visual analysis scenarios and three CIM+ application systems.Through application of the platform,the processes of city infrastructure such as municipal roads,bridges and drainage were comprehensively standardized.It improved the management level and realized the integrated,intelligent management and scientific decision-making of urban municipal infrastructure,which has helped the long-term and sustainable development of smart city in Tongliao.
