摘要
通过研究当前国内智慧城市发展动态,分析了当前智慧城市发展主要存在规划编制缺失、公众参与度不高、智慧数据使用效能较低等问题。指出新形势下,国内智慧城市发展要以公众需求为发展动力,注重提高规划引领,强化智慧应用对行业管理的作用,充分发挥智慧数据给政府决策的支持力度等建议,以期为新时期智慧城市建设提供参考依据。
By studying the current development trends of smart cities in China,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current development of smart cities,such as lack of planning,low public participation and low efficiency of using smart data.It is pointed out that under the new situation,the development of smart cities in China should be driven by public demand,focus on improving planning guidance,strengthen the role of smart application in industry management,and give full play to the support of smart data to government decision-making,so as to provide reference for the construction of smart cities in the new era.
