摘要
目的探究在泌尿外科中实施责任小组管理模式对于护士护理质量产生的影响。方法选取贵州医科大学附属白云医院泌尿外科的9名护士作为研究对象,2021年1月—2022年1月采用常规管理模式(参照组),2022年2月—2023年1月采用责任小组护理管理模式(观察组),两组护士均为同一批。对比管理前后护理质量评分、护理绩效考核评分以及护士对管理的满意度。结果实施责任小组管理后,观察组护士护理质量评分各项数据均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士绩效考核各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士对于管理的满意度为100.00%(9/9),高于参照组的44.44%(4/9)。结论责任小组管理模式在泌尿外科护理中的应用,显著提升了护士的护理质量。
Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of the responsibility group management model on the quality of nursing care in urology.Methods Nine nurses from the Department of Urology of Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.From January 2021 to January 2022,the routine management mode was adopted(reference group),and from February 2022 to January 2023,the responsibility group nursing management mode was adopted(observation group).The two groups of nurses were the same group.The nursing quality score,nursing performance appraisal score and nursing staff's satisfaction with management before and after management were compared.Results After the implementation of responsibility group management,the data of nursing quality scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of performance appraisal of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was 100.00%(9/9),which was higher than 44.44%(4/9)in the reference group.Conclusion The application of responsibility group management mode in urology nursing has significantly improved the nursing quality of nurses.
