摘要
目的探讨全方位护理管理模式对泌尿外科护理质量的提高效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月南华大学附属长沙中心医院泌尿外科在职护士共30人作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,常规组15人行常规管理,研究组15人行全方位护理管理,并对两组护士服务情况、护士工作操作规范、护理质量及护理满意度等指标进行对比。结果研究组的护士服务情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护士工作操作规范情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员对管理模式的满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科护士展开全方位护理管理,可有效地提高护理质量,提升护士服务情况、工作操作规范及满意度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing management model on improving the quality of urological care.Methods A total of 30 nurses working in the Department of Urology,Changsha Central Hospital Affili⁃ated to Nanhua University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.30 nurses were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,15 in the conventional group underwent routine management,and 15 in the research group underwent comprehensive nursing management.Compare indicators such as nurse service conditions,nurse work operating standards,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction between groups.Results The service status of nurses in the research group was better than that in the conventional group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working standards of nurses in the study group were better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the research group was higher than that of the conventional research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the research group were more satisfied with the management model than the conven⁃tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out comprehensive nursing management for urology department nurses can effectively improve the quality of nursing care,improve nurses'service conditions,work operation specifications and satisfaction,and has high application value.
